This shirt has always had an Asian-esque feel to me, so I'm not sure why it's never occurred to me to wear the attached ribbons like this. Usually I tie it into an unphenomenal bow behind my back. Today, I took a hint from those inspiring obi-wearing bloggers and boom, new look.
Other things I might try using differently:
Using my stapler at work as a pant-hemmer.
My digital photo frame at work as a revolving to do list.
My dog as a leg warmer at night.
This shampoo as a body wash. Double yum.
You know, those started out as silly ideas, but they actually all sound pretty good right now. Look at what we're learning today!!
That's a super pretty shirt, I love the colour it looks great on you :)

I am in love with that top and I love the way you tied it, it is very flattering!
ReplyDeleteThat is a brilliant way to tie that bow! Love it and maybe a chignon with some chopsticks in your hair next time?

Thank you so much! My mother was always trying to pat my hair down b/c it was so snarled but I've really given up on trying to tame it lately :)
ReplyDeleteI love that bow. This is so chic. And the colors are a great pop too!
That top is beautiful! I love that you tied it in the front! I have so many shirts and dresses that tie in the back but I just might have to try this for a new look :)
