What a golden opportunity to wear my great-grandmother's scarf today! This would be a pretty basic dress if not for the bit of floral wrapped around my waist.
I'm also not a big believer in wearing tights in warmer weather (especially here in Texas), but my office is always so cold that I have been perfectly comfortable in them today.
Business dress, vintage scarf, and ribbons in my shoes...don't know if it gets more ladylike than that.
Great outfit and I love the heeled oxfords! I added ribbon laces to all my oxfords (flats) - they definitely girlify a menswear shoe.
